Playground Insults are from Sacramento, California. We are three friends from middle school who formed a band in 2018 to play our favorite rock songs. We quickly grew passionate for music and wrote several albums worth of original music since then. In late 2024, we finally got our hands on proper studio equipment and released our debut single, “Seek” to all platforms.

Our repertoire is vast and diverse, built up of genres such as punk, grunge, thrash metal, pop, indie, and post-punk. Whatever we do, it’s fast and always carrys the high-energy built from early punk rock.

We always make it a mission at our shows to connect with our audiences, delivering the rawest version of musical performance art we can produce, showcasing intensity through the many avenues of life.
